ABOUT PROJECT

Accruent is a real estate and facilities software tech company that needed a functional, fun, and well planned space. They needed an office that would fit the needs of various departments and accommodate their hundreds of energetic and creative employees. Velvet Hammerschmidt Design was involved in the project from the site selection phase through construction and furniture installation. Custom furniture and special solutions were developed and can be seen throughout the space; the perforated metal-clad reception desk with a back-lit logo wall, an interlocking one-of-a-kind geometric awards shelf, the break room flooring patterns, rug designs, the game tables with bright pops of color, and original artwork from a local artist that perfectly complimented the overall color palette. The resulting office aesthetic enhanced workplace communication, offered a unique break room experience, and provided what would later become the company’s signature look for their multiple locations across the US.
