Commercial Projects bring the challenge of meeting not only aesthetic expectations, but complex functional and operational requirements as well. Detailed programming and studies of work habits can be essential to the success of a project, so we leave no detail unstudied. Corporate design should not only reflect corporate function but corporate identity as well. The first chance to communicate that message is when a client walks through the front door and enters your interior. We make sure they hear you loud and clear.

For this higher-end tenant improvement, our scope included full interior design services from initial programming and space planning to selection of the sleek, contemporary finishes. A dynamic blue glass custom reception desk and “shattered” glass screen welcome visitors and employees while strategically placed decorative lighting continue to pull people through the space and provide focal points.

The Dalton is a 55 unit luxury loft condominium building located in the exciting area of downtown Pasadena. We worked directly with the developer who entrusted us to design a trendy contemporary space that would sell. Our scope was to design all major interior areas including: public lobby, elevator lobbies, mail room, roof deck, and all individual units.

Constructed as contemporary classics, the SEVENTY 46 interiors offer the comfort and amenities to suit the most discerning urban sophisticate, all while maintaining the beauty and integrity of the original design and detailing. It's all about air, space, convenience and luxury here. Picture windows opening out to stunning views, high ceilings, hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances and more transform the space into a modern Hollywood legend.

An economically yet imaginatively designed 5,000 square foot office, the new MOCA offices feature unconventional finishes and furniture which draw power from a translucent plastic conference room bathed in blue light. An exposed ceiling creates additional volume while a dynamic area rug separates the work space from the exposed concrete circulation path.
